Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect on my first visit?

An evalutation will be conducted as well as an assessment.  This will require you to answer a few questions needed for a better treatment. After the evaluation is completed, soft tissue treatment will be performed.

Is there anything I should do or bring before a session?

Make sure to be hydrated the day before and day of your scheduled appointment. You may wear or bring comfortable / Athletic shorts and shirt/tank top or one can be provided in the changing room.  Please refrain from wearing any lotions or moisturizers the day of the treatment some of my soft tissue protocols calls for no glide on skin.

What if I arrive early?

If you arrive early, you may sit in the waiting area that is located at the top of the stairs until your scheduled time. Will have a sign located on my door if I'm in session with another client.

Can I request a specific treatment?

Yes, I have many clients who request specific treatments that they prefer during their session.

How do i know what kind of an appointment to make?

All therapy options provided with a description of the service on the website. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, it can help narrow down what therapy options maybe most conductive for our specific circumstances.

Why is there a 20 minute treatment and is that enough time to get anything done?

A 20 minute treatment as a standard in most chiropractic and physical therapy soft tissue sessions. Some clients come in to my office for one or two specific issues this can be treated with in this time frame. This allows people to get away during the work day to get treatment. Some issues can be resolved after 1 to 6 treatments and will allow you to have multiple treatments during the week to maximize your recovery.

What can I expect during a treatment?

I provide advanced soft tissue techniques to specific muscles and soft tissue involved in or contributing to, the issue being addressed. You can expect to have passive and active range of motion which can require you to move in positions during treatment.

Payment is due at time of service or you can pay in advance through the website. Currently I am only excepting cash, check, or Venmo.
